Vilacentro House

The house is colorful, spacious, functional and well ventilated. It has three bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a kitchen and a large dining room with TV. The suite has air conditioning and the 2 fan rooms. The best thing about the house is the balcony: fresh and with two hammocks to relax. Be sure to have a meal on the porch! Excellent location, close to restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, etc. The beach approximately 12 minutes walk.

House configuration: 2 Bathrooms, 3 Bedrooms (1 suite), 1 Dining Room, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living Room with sofa, porch, garden, parking for 1 car. Washing machine.

Kitchen configuration: 1 stove with oven, 1 refrigerator, 1 microwave (there is no obligation to maintain any extra equipment placed in the house by the owner).

Maximum accommodation: 6 people - adults or children (using available beds, equipment, sheets and towels). Beds for 6 people, 2 people using sofa/mattresses.Please consult prices according to the number of guests (including children)

Visitors (cannot sleep in the house): up to 4 visitors per day. More visitors > only with prior authorization from the house administration.

Water consumption: included in the price up to 20 m³ per stay, remaining values according to consumption - the amount referring to energy consumption will be charged according to the table of the concessionaire supplying the region (EMBASA). These values are based on a situation of normal water consumption.

Electricity: included in the price up to 20 Kw per night, remaining amounts according to consumption - the amount referring to energy consumption will be charged according to the table of the concessionaire supplying the region (COELBA). These values are based on a situation of normal energy consumption, taking precautions such as turning off the air conditioning during the day.

Gas: included in the price - up to one gas cylinder per stay.

Wifi internet: included in the price.

Reservation: in order to reserve we appreciate the payment of 50% of the reservation value. Remaining amount paid upon arrival.
