24-hour security service, direct access to the beach in just 1 minute on foot, 5-minute walk to the center of Praia do Forte village.

The house faces east completely and is the ideal destination for families with children, the elderly, and groups of friends seeking comfort and convenience. A highlight is the integration of the spaces on the ground floor: open-plan kitchen, living room, balcony, gourmet area, and swimming pool.

The convenience of being just 1 minute from Praia do Chapéu (80 meters) and 400 meters from the village/town center makes guests feel truly comfortable, as the convenience, security of the condominium, and tranquility greatly contribute to an even better and more pleasant stay.

The house was designed by renowned architect Pablo Sandiano, maintaining the original architectural style of Praia do Forte and the surrounding area, all facing the green area (promenade) where children can run and play, and have access to the sea.

The household strongly recommends Fabiana, the housekeeper, so that guests can enjoy the clean and organized home that only she knows how to keep clean. She has worked there for 17 years, always has a smile on her face, and is very cheerful.

WATER AND ELECTRICITY - We have water and electricity fees that will be charged separately according to the reading taken at check-in/check-out.

PETS - We allow small pets provided this is communicated at the time of booking. Any damage caused to the property will be the responsibility of the guests.
