Kitchen configuration: 1 stove with oven, 1 refrigerator (no obligation to maintain any additional equipment placed in the house by the owner).

Maximum accommodation: 8 adults + 2 children up to 6 years old (using beds, equipment, sheets and towels available). For use in Mezzanine, please consult prices.
Guests (cannot sleep in the house): up to 4 guests per day. More visitors > only with prior authorization from the house management.
Water consumption: up to 20 m³ per stay included in the price, remaining quantities as per consumption - the amount relating to energy consumption will be charged according to the regional supplier's table (EMBASA). These values are based on a normal water consumption situation.
Electricity: included in the price up to 50 kW per day, other amounts according to consumption – the amount relating to energy consumption will be charged according to the table of the regional supplier (COELBA). These values are based on a normal energy consumption situation, taking care to turn off the air conditioning during the day.
Gas: included in the price - up to one gas cylinder per stay.
Wi-Fi Internet: included in the price.
Bed linen and towels: included in the price - 1 change for stays up to 6 nights, 2 changes for stays longer than 7 nights

Reservation: to reserve, we ask for payment of 50% of the reservation value. Remaining amount paid upon arrival.

How to get there: at Imbassaí Breeze (Condominium located next to the house, where you will receive the keys):
Arriving in Imbassaí, at the entrance there are several yellow indicative signs, see the sign “Imbassaí Breeze” and always follow these signs that will arrive at Condomínio Imbassaí Breeze.
Route description: when entering Imbassaí (on the opposite side of the Gas Station), turn to your left. Go straight until you find the Jerimum Restaurant on your right. Turn to your left (opposite Jerimum). Then take the 2nd right, and the 2nd left. Walk just a few meters, Imbassaí Breeze is a building with glass doors.

Property Summary – Birds' Abode House
- Layout: Spacious house with 3 air-conditioned suites on the ground floor, plus a ventilated mezzanine for additional guests (please inquire about pricing for mezzanine use by extra guests).
- Comfort: Master suite with jacuzzi and king-size bed (with the option of king or single configuration in the other suites).
- Highlight: Lush and private garden, perfect for relaxing with the visit of birds and monkeys. The jacuzzi has a gate for access from the garden. It has a barbecue.
- Pets: We welcome your friend! Pets are allowed upon prior consultation and payment of an additional fee.
- Location: Quiet residential area of Imbassaí, with private parking for 1 car.
- Consumption: The water and energy allowance is included; any excess consumption will be charged at check-out according to meter readings (Coelba/Embasa).

Simplesmente perfeito! Desde o início da reserva, atendimento, atenção, o cuidado com cada informação, detalhes, se estávamos precisando de algo, só agradecer! Pra quem quer sossego, a casa é maravilhosa! Amamos cada detalhe, e principalmente o jardim, minha cadelinha amou, nunca brincou tanto ao ar livre. A casa era muito agradável, muito bem decorada
A casa era muito agradável, muito bem decorada e com todos os utensílios de cama, banho e casa. Uma funcionária muito simpática nos recepcionou e mostrou todos os cômodos e como a casa funcionava. A casa fica um pouco afastada da praia, porém o chuveirão externo satisfaz. Não tivemos problema com segurança, apesar da casa não estar em um condomínio fechado, e a privacidade é completa até mesmo no jardim, devido ao belo paisagismo feito no terreno. As camas são todas muito confortáveis, os banheiros e os quartos muito limpos e amplos. A área comum da casa (sala, cozinha e varandas) é bem arejada e muito agradável de se passar o dia inteiro em família ou com amigos fazendo churrasco. O conforto da casa é excepcional! Djamila é uma anfitriã muito simpática, nos deixou totalmente à vontade e nos cativou ao ponto de querermos voltar o quanto antes!
