Casa Sabiá , located in the center of the village of Imbassaí, has modern and rustic architecture and African-inspired decor. It stands out for its beauty and comfort. It has 3 suites. The main suite, on the top floor, has 1 double bed and a balcony, the 2 suites on the ground floor are optional (2 single beds or 1 double). One of the bathrooms has an external garden with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning. The living room is surrounded by wide glass doors that allow you to extend onto the balcony. The landscaping of the large garden further enhances the beauty of the house.
There is a smaller house at the back of the garden that may be occupied by a member of staff.
House configuration: 3 Bathrooms, 3 Bedrooms (suites), 1 Dining Room, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living room with sofa, TV, laundry area with washing machine, garden, parking for 3 cars.
Kitchen configuration: 1 stove with oven, 1 refrigerator, 1 microwave (there is no obligation to maintain any extra equipment placed in the house by the owner).

How to get there: Estrada “Linha verde” - take a straight line from the airport to Imbassaí.
Arriving in Imbassaí, at the entrance there are several yellow indicative signs, see the sign “Pousada Thalud” and always follow these signs. The Sabiá house is at the end of the street. The fence of the house is eucalyptus.
Route description: when entering Imbassaí (on the opposite side of the Gas Station), turn to your left. Go straight until you find the Imbassaí Police Station. Turn to your left (opposite the Police Station). Then take the 2nd left and go to the end of the street (cul-de-sac).

A casa é maravilhosa, exatamente como nas fotos!! O jardim é um espetáculo a parte. Muito lindo e bem cuidado! Viajamos com crianças pequenas e o quintal além de lindo é muito seguro, o que permitiu que eles tivessem bastante autonomia para brincar e explorar. A comunicação foi bem fácil e tivemos um retorno rápido em todas as nossas necessidades.

A casa é maravilhosa! Nas fotos já tive essa impressão, mas pessoalmente é surreal de linda. Da decoração ao paisagismo. Tudo muito bem pensado. Eu e minha família voltamos com o coração feliz e saudoso em deixar a casa. A única ressalva é que está precisando de uma geladeira maior e mais nova. A que tem lá está com a borracha velha que precisa de atenção na hora de fechar pra que não fique aberta. O resto é irretocável! Quero voltar várias vezes!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia na Casa Sabiá. Casa ampla, bem decorada, ventilada, total contato com a natureza e bem equipada. Consideramos um ponto negativo o fato dela não estar situada dentro de um condomínio, com segurança. Mas recomendo fortemente.

Wonderful house
We've been staying two weeks at Casa Sabia and it was one of our best vacations ever. The house is just perfect: excellent location, very comfortable and it looks fantastic. Not to mention the tropical garden with the birds and the monkeys. Imbassai is really a beautiful place with a paradisiac beach and people are very friendly. Djamila from Tribos da Agua has been very helpful to us. She was always there when we needed something. All in all, I definitely recommend this house to anyone. :-)

Fantastic!
Fantastic! The grounds are welcoming and peaceful and the villa is beautifully layed out and designed. Exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. Sida & Manuel checked us in and he was lovely. We managed to communicate with each other in a kind of Portignol. Unfortunately we did not meet Djamila personally and only had contact via phone/ email- being a always pleasure talking to her. Near by there a several restaurants, a supermarket and cafes. The walk to the wonderful beach is ca. 10- 15 minutes. it was a Fantastic place to rest and to enjoy the beach
