House configuration: 3 Bathrooms, 4 Bedrooms, 1 Dining Room, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living Room, Charcoal Barbecue, Swimming Pool, Garden, 1 Parking.

Kitchen configuration: 1 stove with oven, 1 refrigerator, 1 microwave (there is no obligation to maintain any extra equipment placed in the house by the owner).

Bedroom 1 - ground floor - 2 single beds - fan + split air conditioning

Bedroom 2 (suite) – upper floor – 1 double bed + 1 single bed – fan + split air conditioning

Bedroom 3 – upper floor – 1 double bed – fan + split air conditioning

Bedroom 4 – upper floor – 1 double bed – fan + split air conditioning

Maximum accommodation: 9 adults + 2 children up to 6 years old (using beds, equipment, sheets and towelsavailable)

Visitors: up to 4 visitors per day.More visitors > only with prior authorization from the management of the house.

Water consumption: included in the price, up to 20 m³ per stay, other values according to consumption - the amount referring to energy consumption will be charged according to the table of the regional supplier concessionaire (EMBASA). These values are based on a normal water consumption situation.

Electricity: included in the price up to 20 Kw per day, other values according to consumption - the value referring to energy consumption will be charged according to the table of the concessionaire supplying the region (COELBA).These values are based on a normal energy consumption situation, taking care to turn off the air conditioning during the day.

Gas: included in the price - up to one bottle of gas per stay

Wi-Fi Internet: included in the price.

Pool maintenance: service included in the price (according to the need observed by the house managers)

Bed and bath linen: included in the price - 1 change for stays up to 6 nights, 2 changes for stays longer than 7 nights

Pets: allowed with prior consultation. Just small animals.

- Check out (departure time): from 8:00h to 11:00h

Reservation: To make a reservation, we would like to pay 50% of the reservation amount. Remaining amount paid on arrival.

Payment methods: credit card, pix.

GENERAL POLICIES

Underage Guests: During their stay, all minors must be accompanied by their legal guardians.Supporting documents can be requested at any time, before or during the stay.

After booking request, we would like to pay the Booking Fee . Tribos da Agua Hosting Ltda reserves the right to charge the reservation fee at any time after the reservation is requested. Failure to pay the fee informed within the indicated deadlines may result in the release of dates and cancellation of the reservation by Tribos da Água.

Cancellation: The person responsible for the reservation (the requestor of the reservation) can cancel it free of charge within 07 (seven) days from the day of the reservation request by email, telephone or internet communication applications, whenever the contract is made outside the accommodation you wish to book. Reservations made in person or after visiting the property will not be entitled to free cancellation.

If the check-in date is during the free cancellation period, i.e. before seven days, the free cancellation will be valid until the accommodation's official check-in time (time stated here in the conditions of your reservation), at which time in which the accommodation must already be available to the guest.

After the official check-in time, the guest loses the right to cancel without payment.

If the accommodation is delivered to the guest before the official check-in time, the guest loses the right to cancel without fees and must pay the entire stay.

No-show: in case of no-show, the person responsible for the reservation must pay the total amount of the stay.It is considered no-show if check-in is not carried out within the published deadline, unless late check-in has been previously agreed between the parties.
