Villa Brama Mare was born from Mel and Bruno’s dream of living near the sea. Designed with care and attention to every detail, this beach house in Imbassaí draws inspiration from Mediterranean architecture, with an open layout and high ceilings that ensure excellent cross-ventilation and plenty of natural light.
Spacious, welcoming and very comfortable, the house features four air-conditioned suites on the upper floor, two of which have TVs. In total, there are seven bathrooms and a large living room with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The well-maintained garden includes a small herb garden with edible plants.
The outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a hot tub, an outdoor shower, a hammock area for stargazing or relaxing, a patio with a fountain for socializing, and a game room with a pool table and foosball. For those who enjoy cooking, the house offers a wood-fired pizza oven, a barbecue grill, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Perfect for families looking for a complete and private retreat surrounded by nature. The villa is just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Imbassaí beach, where the river meets the sea.
It also features a covered garage, a security system with outdoor cameras (footage available in real-time on the house TV), and an automated garden irrigation system.
Light cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance services are included in the price, as well as bed linen, towels, and electricity consumption.
One small pet is allowed, but access to beds, sofas, and other furniture is not permitted.
For stays longer than four nights, the hosts offer a complimentary welcome kit.

Casa com arquitetura diferenciada, ampla, aconchegante, vários espaços de lazer, muito bem ventilada e clara. A área externa é bem arborizada e com uma piscina linda conservando a temperatura até a noite. Lugar ideal para descansar e relaxar em família. O anfitrião é muito cuidadoo e atencioso. Excelente localização. A casa é de arrasar. Voce se sente literalmente na Toscana. Quartos espaçosos, a decoração lindíssima!!!! A piscina tem uma prainha de invejar qualquer hotel. A cozinha americana aproxima todos os convidados. Mesa de jantar pra 10 a 12 pessoas , o que não encontrei em lugar nenhum. Super indico !!!!! Vou voltar outra vez, concerteza.
Casa incrível
Passamos alguns dias na casa para descansar. Foi exatamente o que fizemos, casa ampla, confortável, próxima de mercado e restaurantes, localidade tranquila e muito agradável. Apaixonada pela hidro , que oferece água quentinha para as noites mais frias. As crianças se divertiram bastante, aproveitando toda área de lazer que a casa oferece. A fonte é muito aconchegante e nos permite contemplar as estrelas tomando um vinho e comendo deliciosos petiscos. Experiência muito agradável.

Estivemos com nossos filhos no verão durante uma semana. Dias incríveis, acolhedores e com muito amor envolvido. O local nos traz o melhor de nós mesmos. A piscina é um atrativo a parte. Linda e prazerosa. Hidro deliciosa para as noites com Brisa. A casa foi pensada para agradar e envolver a todas as idades. Nossos filhos brincaram sem parar no pula-pula na piscina no parquinho no jardim no sinuca no totó...... E tudo dentro da segurança de uma casa recém construída e com muito charme. Amamos e voltaremos. Nossos anfitriões superaram nossas expectativas, ganhamos uma noite para fazer pizza no forno a lenha. A área gourmet ficou temática na noite de pizzas. Foi massa!
